Langston sentenced to 3 years in bribery case

Disbarred Booneville lawyer Joey Langston will serve three years in prison and pay a $250,000 fine for his part in attempting to bribe a Hinds County judge.

U.S. District Judge Michael Mills handed down the sentence today in the judicial corruption case. He ordered Langston to report to a federal prison to be determined by Jan. 15.
