NMC had on his site today that State Farm filed a motion in the original Scruggs criminal case to compel the US Attorneys Office to return any documents that might have been seized when Scruggs offices were raided in November 2007. This has some potential implications for the Qui Tam lawsuit in that the crux of the case seems to boil down to where is the original report. The Rigsby Gals assert that State Farm destroyed it. State Farm asserts that the Rigsby Gals stole it.
