Topix.com cooperates with AGs on abusive posts

In a statement released Monday, Attorney General Hood said, "we are concerned about derogatory posts that are personal in nature."

Topix has agreed to work with the attorneys general on several ways to catch such posts and allow law enforcement information access and direction for subpoenas and search warrants.
